This is our promise to you, the Rewarder community. We take the safety and reliability of our marketplace seriously and want you to participate with confidence.

Rewarder is a Marketplace for Real Rewards

We promise that our marketplace contains real Rewards. Our team reviews each and every Reward posting to ensure it meets our standards and guidelines before it is visible in the marketplace. We ask that you flag any Reward that you find suspicious or inappropriate by contacting us at info@rewarder.com.

Rewarder is a Community of Real People

We promise that everyone in the Rewarder community goes through a strict verification process. Every member of the Rewarder community has a reputation score that is prominently displayed on his or her profile and on Rewards he or she posts.  We want to ensure that you have information about your fellow community members and feel safe.

Rewarder Offers Real Money Rewards

We promise that you are in control when you post Rewards and you will receive your cash payment when you win Rewards.  

Posting Rewards

If you are not satisfied with the submissions you receive, you can cancel your Reward without declaring a winner. If you do not respond to submissions received for your Reward, we will remove your Reward from the marketplace and you may be prevented from using Rewarder in the future.

Submitting to Win Rewards

If your submission is declared to be the winning submission, we guarantee you will receive your cash Reward.  We require that those who post Rewards and declare a winner pay the Reward offered in full.

Rewarder Listens to the Community

We promise that we will listen to each and every issue or concern that is reported.  If you receive a Reward submission that is spam, offensive or not useful or if you have any questions regarding a Reward posting, please email us at info@rewarder.com or call us at (800) 854-9675.

Rewarder Takes the Safety & Trust of the Marketplace Seriously

We promise to investigate complaints and violations of our policies as well as complaints submitted by our community members or other third parties. We will take any action when necessary including: temporarily or permanently suspending accounts, denying access, removing Reward postings, or recommending Reward or profile content be edited.

Rewarder Respects Your Privacy
