What is a Reward and how do I post a Reward? Top
Need help finding something? Looking for guidance? You can post a Reward for just about anything – from the practical (e.g. a customized fitness plan or travel itinerary) to the personal (e.g. a rare collectible, long-lost friend, or missing pet) – and you offer a financial incentive to motivate people to suggest their best solutions. We believe there are people out there with unique expertise who can help, and it’s our job to deliver them to you.
To post a reward, you must join Rewarder and be logged in. Then, simply click the red button “Offer A New Reward!” at the top of any page on the site. You will be asked to:

Fill in information about what want our community of experts to help you with – the more specific you are, the better – and then decide how much you will give a winner who provides the right solution (think of this like a finder’s fee).
A picture speaks a thousand words, so don’t forget to add an image that best illustrates what you want. You can use one of ours or upload your own.
Our community is hard at work for you. When you receive the solution that meets your requirements, declare a winner, and pay the Reward. Rewarder accepts credit card payment.
It’s that easy. When people ask a question or propose a solution, we will notify you via email.
It is really important to answer questions and reply to proposed solutions. Your timely responses qualify your Reward to remain visible on the marketplace and maintain your positive reputation ratings within our community.
When you’re happy with one (or more) of the proposed solutions, select a winner, and enter payment. Rewarder accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We’ll forward your Reward to thank the helpful person.
What happens when I declare a winner for my Reward? Top
First, you just made someone’s day! We will forward your Reward to thank the helpful person. You will receive a notificaiton from us to login to your account and enter your payment information. If you've entered your credit card information in the past, then you just need to click the blue button, "Pay Winner!" We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
How do I win a Reward? Top
First, login to your account. Select the Reward posting, then click the red “Win this Reward!” button. Enter your solution, and submit it to the Rewarder. There will most likely be multiple solutions submitting for this Reward, so make sure yours is detailed and convincing. The Rewarder has the option to declare a winner, reply and request more information, or decline the solution.
If you’re declared the winner, congratulations! We will forward your Reward to your account. Once your Reward winnings balance is at least $10, you may cash out at anytime.
I won a Reward! How long does it take for me to receive my payout? Top
First, congratulations! We’re thrilled your expertise has been recognized and rewarded. Once your Rewards winning balance is at least $10, you can login to your account and request payout. You have the option of receiving an Amazon.com Gift Card or payment via PayPal. Note, for payment via PayPal, we will use the email address in your Rewarder account.

We aim to provide a thriving, respectful, and safe marketplace, therefore it is important that you maintain your account. If your account is inactive for 3 or more months and your Reward winnings balance is less than $10, your account will be suspended and you will forfeit your earnings.
Why is there a Rewards winning balance in my account when I just joined? Top
For a limited time, you can win “Starter Rewards” offered by Rewarder for engaging with our site and exploring our marketplace. If you complete all four Starter Rewards, you will have a $6 Rewards winning balance in your account.

Our team tries to review every Reward posting to ensure it meets our standards and guidelines before it is visible in the marketplace. Similarly, we ask our community to flag any Reward that you deem inappropriate.
Rewarder respects your time. We ask users to validate their identity, and we keep an eye on people’s usage of the marketplace. The resulting reputation score is prominently displayed so that you have information about who you’re interacting with and can form your own opinion about the person accordingly.
Rewards are funded in part or in whole before they are visible in the marketplace. This demonstrates the Rewarder is committed to selecting a winner and giving him or her the Reward. Any Rewarder who is not responsive risks having his or her Reward posting removed from the marketplace and jeopardizes his or her ability to use Rewarder.com in the future. Once a winner is selected, we forward the Reward to the winner’s account.
If a Rewarder is not satisfied with the solutions received, he or she has the option to cancel a Reward early, without declaring a winner. It is important to provide detailed solutions.

Marketplace Abuse
Rewarder has the right to investigate complaints and violations of our policies, complaints submitted by our community members or other third parties.
We may take any action that we deem appropriate at our sole discretion including temporarily or permanently suspending you from using our site, denying access, removing your Reward posting, forfeiting your balance, or recommending you edit your photo or Reward posting. If you breach this agreement or any of our policies or do not cooperate with our investigation, you agree that any payment owed to you will be suspended pending completion of the investigation. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, we have the right to adjust the original amount owed to you.
