• What Is Rewarder?

Rewarder.com is a social marketplace, connecting those on a personally-significant pursuit with real people who can help. It’s the best place to mobilize an online community of savvy, resourceful experts who are willing and eager to give guidance or to find the hard-to-find.

You can post a Reward for just about anything – from the practical (e.g. a customized fitness plan or travel itinerary) to the personal (e.g. a rare collectible, long-lost friend, or missing pet) – and you offer a financial incentive to motivate people to suggest their best solutions.

Additionally, with more than $14 million in Rewards currently available to win, there is a fantastic new opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience at any time, from anywhere, to make some extra money and feel good about helping someone in the process.

What are YOU looking for today?

Post a Reward. We believe there are people out there with unique expertise who can help, and it’s our job to deliver them to you.

    What YOU know is valuable!

    Kendall

    Kendall Fargo

    Co-founder & CEO

Kendall teamed up with Graham Rasmussen, his former colleague at Intuit, to start Rewarder.

Kendall was previously the Founder and CEO of StepUp Commerce, Inc. – a leading local shopping services company focused on helping small business retailers use the Internet to display their in-store products – until it was acquired by Intuit, Inc. in 2006. StepUp was the first company to establish strategic partnerships for local shopping with top Internet shopping brands like Google, Yahoo, Ask.com and Verizon SuperPages. After the acquisition, Kendall was a General Manager at Intuit, Inc. through early 2008.

Prior to this, Kendall was Vice President of Internet and Enterprise Business with Handspring, Inc. from before the public offering through its acquisition by Palm, Inc in 2003. Previously, Kendall was the Vice President of Corporate Operations at Beyond.com. As an original member of the founding team, he implemented Beyond.com’s first Internet sales department along with the marketing strategy that established its course as a leading Internet retailer. Kendall was also an original employee at CyberSource Corporation, where he was General Manager of web sales and marketing, until he led the spin-off of Beyond.com as a separate company. Both Beyond.com and CyberSource had successful public offerings in 1998 and 1999 respectively.

In his spare time, Kendall likes to ski.  He can be found most weekends at one of his son's soccer matches.  He also enjoys supporting and volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Kendall was awarded a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

    His favorite Rewarder moment:
Kendall’s nine year old son really wanted a "throw back" Jerry Rice 49ers jersey for Christmas. He and his wife searched and searched but couldn’t find a youth medium anywhere. So, they posted a Reward, and an expert was able to find one for them to purchase just in time for Christmas.

He also enjoys distant travel, great food, photography and design.
